RIANUS Vino Bianco Piemonte DOC
A white wine aged with chardonnay and sauvignon has body, structure, intense and persistent aromas. It is an irresistible, elegant wine.
Production area: Piemonte Bianco DOC.
Grape from which it is produced: 60% Sauvignon, 40% Chardonnay.
Winemaking: Soft pressing. Fermentation in steel tanks for 3 weeks. Temperature controlled at 18°.
Aging: Brief elevation in new French barriques for the Sauvignon. Chardonnay only stainless steel. After six months the two wines are blended and they remain in stainless steel for another three months.
Gradation: 14%
